Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: [01-01-2024]

  • Tsebo Private Limited provides a limited warranty on Dunes Table and Dunes mini sold by the Company.
  • The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.
  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by:-
  1. Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
  2. Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  3. Accidents, natural disasters, or other external factors.
  • To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact the Company’s customer support within the warranty period.
  • The Company reserves the right to assess the validity of the claim and may require the return of the Product for inspection.
  • If a defect is found and the claim is valid, the Company will, at its discretion:
  1. Repair the Product.

  2. Replace the Product with an equivalent or similar model.

  3. Provide a refund.

  • The remedies provided herein are the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover:
  1. Normal wear and tear.

  2. Consumable parts (e.g., cable, charger, glass etc).

  3. Products not purchased directly from the Company or authorized dealers.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
