Refunds

For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In case, the product needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide the full refund.

Return

None of the product sold on this website is not returnable.

Shipping

Domestic shipping above 1,000 INR is free.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

We try to ship/deliver the product to the customer at the earliest. Exact number of days required for delivery depends upon factors like delivery location of the customer, etc. The maximum number of days required to deliver the product to the customer is 15 days from the successful placement of order and receipt of payment.

Cancellation

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
